There are now three basic product solutions/kits available from More MPG Now. Please see the description for each product below, to find out which will suit your needs, before ordering.

We have now introduced a comprehensive electronic package, which incorporates the cell(s) and DEFIEs (Dual 02 sensor and MAP sensor). The signals from the 02 sensors and MAP sensors are adjusted by our DEFIE to bring these values back into the correct range. The units are suitable for the latest ECU controlled fuel injection systems - from OBDII onwards. Our DEFIE will allow the engine to take full advantage of the higher octane, faster burning fuel mixture afforded by the induction of HHO.

Standard HHO Kit

FULL KIT SINGLE CELL - £239

This hydrogen fuel cell kit includes all that you need to convert your vehicle to a hydrogen hybrid, converting water to hho gas as fuel additive to diesel or petrol engines. It does not come with electronics device and is therefore suitable for older pre OBDII computersied engine systems. In addition to the single assembled fuel economy cell (see below), the box of components includes: a 30amp relay, reservoir, vapour trap, electrical wiring, nylon re-enforced plastic pipe, electrical connectors, fuse holder and ties.

The plates are 3.5" x 3.5" 18 gauge 316L stainless steel, laser cut
The O Rings are 3/32" compressed to 1/16"
The O Rings are EPDM rubber heat resistant to 260 degrees
The Acrylic is 4"x4"x1/2 OR 7"x7"x1/2 thick rated at 300 degrees
The 2 hose barbs are 1/4"
The attachment bracket angles are aluminium
2 1/4-20 wing nuts for easy connection to the power source.

Standard HHO Kit Including Integrated Computer Solutions

HHO KIT PLUS DUAL SENSOR DEFIE - NOW AVAILABLE £479

Soft Start feature which is important to avoid stumbles and stalls when the engine is cold. The unit gradually increases the voltage offset you program from zero offset to full offset in 4 minutes. Can be turned off if you wish.

A comprehensive electronic package, which incorporates the cell(s) and DEFIEs (Dual 02 sensor and MAP sensor). The signals from the 02 sensors and MAP sensors are adjusted by our DEFIE to bring these values back into the correct range. The units are suitable for the latest ECU controlled fuel injection systems - from OBDII onwards. Our DEFIE will allow the engine to take full advantage of the higher octane, faster burning fuel mixture afforded by the induction of HHO.

This dual sensor device manipulates the voltages relayed to the ECU via i) the oxygen sensors - by telling the ECU the fuel mixture is rich, it will tell the fuel injectors to inject less gasoline and use more hydroxy. And ii) the MAP/MAF sensor enhancer: this manipulates the voltages being sent to the ECU from the MAP or MAF sensor, effectively controlling the air/fuel ratio.

The electronics package we have developed over a three year period of time has the ability to allow the engine to have a normal cold start and warm up cycle. This is critical to avoid stalls and stumbling of the engine during warm up. All DEFIE units come with a water level switch and on/ off switch to be installed in the cab.

All our integrated kits include comprehensive instructions for the installation of the cell and the installation of the DEFIE.

HHO Fuel Economy Products - Cell Only

FUEL CELL (ONLY) ASSEMBLED £139

This hydrogen fuel economy cell has been properly assembled and leak tested in our facility and is ready to be put to work giving greater economy and lower emissions for a long and reliable life.
Although the cell is compact it is very efficient and produces the most efficient amount of hydrogen with very low heat and this results in a long service life. Converts water to hho gas as fuel additive to diesel or petrol.

This is a collection of highest quality components for you to assemble and connect to your own reservoir. Converts water to hho gas as fuel additive to diesel or petrol. The materials used are the very best we can get and will give excellent service and economy when assembled following the simple instructions.
Made from high quality 316L stainless steel which has the most resistance to corrosion and is designed to work reliably in the harshest environments.

We use a dedicated signed for parcel service for security of supply. Simply select the country option and the costs will automatically be calculated.
